摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济迅猛发展,创造了举世瞩目的辉煌成就,堪称“世界奇迹”。
然而,经济发展过程中所付出的资源、环境代价巨大,如温室效应、物种灭绝、森林锐
减、环境污染、能源短缺等现象日益严重,自然界的一次次“报复”就是给人类敲响的
警钟。面对严重的生态危机,人们开始重新考虑人与自然的关系,提出了寻求生态文明
的可持续发展理念。生态文明是人类对传统文明发展模式进行深刻反思后选择的一种新
的文明形态,要求人与自然和谐相处,建立健康有序的生态机制,实现经济、社会、环
境的可持续发展。中国共产党高度重视生态文明的建设问题,相继提出了“统筹人与自
然和谐”的科学发展观、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会等伟大战略;党的十七大又
把“建设生态文明”提升为社会主义现代化建设的重大战略决策。这是顺应时代潮流、
符合国情和人民愿望的正确选择,是我党对中国特色社会主义和人类文明发展趋势认识
的进一步深化,也是落实科学发展观的必然要求。因此,从现实的角度对生态文明建设
问题进行理论探讨,对构建社会主义和谐社会有着极其重大的理论意义和现实意义。
本文首先阐述了生态文明的内涵、特点及理论溯源,指出生态文明建设的重大意义。
并在此基础上,通过对社会主义现代化建设过程中面临的生态危机进行剖析,提出了生
态文明建设的可行性对策。

achievements of world-renown, be rated as "the wonders of the world". However, the process
of economic development of resources, environment and pay huge cost, such as the
greenhouse effect, the species extinction, forest declined, environmental pollution, energy
shortages, nature is increasingly seriously again is to give humans "revenge" on toll. Facing
the serious ecological crisis, people started to reconsider the relationship between human and
nature, the ecological civilization is put forward for the concept of sustainable development.
Ecological civilization is the human development a new pattern of civilization, request the
harmony between human and nature, to build up a healthy and orderly ecological mechanism,
