摘要
党的十一届三中全会以后,以邓小平为代表的当代中国共产党人把党和国家的工作
重心转移到经济建设上来,开启了改革开放和现代化建设的新时代。在改革开放和现代
化建设的伟大实践中,邓小平也在深入思考“实现什么样的发展”、“怎么样发展”等
问题。邓小平强调以经济建设为中心,推进物质文明和精神文明全面发展,回答了“实
现什么样的发展”的问题;强调要大力发展生产力,坚持对内改革和对外开放协调发展,
实施“三步走”的发展战略,发展教育、培养人才等等,回答了“怎么样发展”的问题。
在中提出了完备的科学发展思想。
20 世纪 90 年代以后,在进入改革开放和现代化建设的新阶段,发展中面临的各种
矛盾日渐凸显起来,以江泽民为主要代表的当代中的科学发展思
想,在实践中不断推进理论创新,提出了正确处理现代化建设的十二大关系,全面建设
小康社会,可持续发展战略等,进一步丰富和发展了邓小平的科学发展思想。
进入新世纪新阶段,以胡锦涛为代表的当代中国共产党人,科学分析当前我国发展
的阶段性特征,准确把握我国当前发展面临的新课题新矛盾,提出了以人为本、全面协
调可持续的科学发展观。科学发展观进一步丰富和发展了邓小平、江泽民的科学发展思
想。
由此可见,以邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛为代表的当代中国共产党人在不同的历史时
期围绕实现中国的科学发展不断进行
理论探索,一以贯之,根据实践经验不断对新时期的经济社会发展做出科学回答,
形成了当代中国共产党人的科学发展思想,这一思想是在实践中逐渐趋于完善的,是既
一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论体系。

Abstract
Since the Third Plenary session of the Eleventh mittee, work emphasis of
munist Part of China (CPC) members, Deng Xiaoping as the representative, was
shifted to economic development, creating a new era in reform, opening-up and
modernization building. In the great practice of reform, opening-up and modernization
building, Deng Xiaoping gives deep consideration into questions such as “what kind of
development should be achieved”, “how to realize the development”. He emphasizes that we
should take economy development as the central task to promote the full development of
material standards and cultural and ethical standards; clarified the problem “what kind of
development should be achieved”; stresses that we must do all we can to develop the
productive forces and adhere to the policies of reform and opening to the outside world;
implement the strategy of development in three steps; develop education and cultivate the
talents; answered the question “how to realize development”. In the practice of China socialist
modernization building, Deng Xiaoping put plete scientific development
ideology.
