摘要
当今时代,网络信息技术的飞速发展孕育了一种新兴文化形态,即网络文化。这种
新兴的网络文化无论在表现形式、包含内容上,还是在传播方式、影响程度上,都有着
自身的时代特征,它对接受者思想的影响也同样具有着双刃性。处于成长发育关键阶段
的青少年作为网络的主要使用群体,其思想受网络文化的影响最为显著。因此,如何减
少或规避网络文化对青少年思想的负面作用,如何发挥网络文化在青少年思想教育中的
积极作用,这是对思想政治教育工作者乃至全社会所提出的一个重要问题。
因此,本论文首先对当前网络文化影响下青少年群体思想教育工作中许多热点问题
进行深入探讨,接着在认真审视当前青少年思想教育的现状的基础上,分析和研究青少
年群体思想出现各种问题的原因,最后提出相应的有效对策,即继承和发扬传统理论文
化的优秀成分,结合现代手段、方式、方法创新教育模式,从社会、学校、家庭三个方
面来对切实加强青少年群体思想教育提出有效性建议。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the rapid development of the information technology, the cyber
culture, as a new cultural form, comes into being. This cyber culture has its own
characteristics in terms of its form, content, mode munication and the degree of
influence. It is also a sword with two blades, that is, it has positive and negative effects on the
minds of the recipients. As the major users of the , the teenagers are in the critical
stage of the growth and development and their minds are influenced mostly by the cyber
culture. Therefore, the ideological and political educationists and the whole society should
answer the following questions as how to reduce or avoid the negative effects of the cyber
culture on the minds of the teenagers, and how to make full use of their positive effects in the
ideological education.
Therefore, in the thesis, the author first discuses in depth the hot issues about the
ideological and political education of the teenagers who are influenced strongly by the cyber
culture. Then based on the current situation of ideological education of the teenagers, the
author analyzes the reasons why in the cyber culture there are many problems appear in the
minds of the teenagers. Finally, the author puts forwards several corresponding
countermeasures and suggestions: that is, by carrying down and developing the fine
compositions of the traditional culture bing wit
