摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,包括大学生在内的人们思想状况发生了巨大的变化,同
时,大量新一代的大学生远离自己的家乡,来到异地生活、求知、求学,所有这一切都
使得当代大学生的心理健康状况呈现出与以往不同的特征,如何有效的引导他们健康成
长,这值得我们每个人思考。
本文共分为五个部分,分别是绪论、大学生心理健康教育和谐生态系统理论综述、
国内学术界心理健康教育理论评析、国外学术界心理健康教育理论评析、当前高校大学
生心理健康教育和谐生态系统的实践分析。
本文第一部分绪论主要介绍了本论文选题的研究背景、研究方法和创新点。
第二部分是本篇论文的理论基础,在对大学生心理健康教育和谐生态系统理论的概
念、特征和构成体系进行阐述之后,指出了大学生心理健康教育和谐生态系统理论的理
论基础可分为哲学依据、学科依据和现实依据三个部分,其中思想政治教育应当遵循的
基本规律是,马克思主义关于社会存在与社会意识关系的原理,揭示了人们的思想是客
观外界条件和主观内在因素作用过程中形成、变化和发展的规律。
第三部分对中国传统心理健康教育理论进行了梳理,并介绍了肖旭的观点。
第四部分评析了国外学术界在心理健康教育理论上的观点。
第五部分是本文的重点,先对传统心理健康教育的实践性环节中存在的不足做了客
观描述,然后提出构建大学生心理健康教育和谐生态系统是一条切实可行的途径,并提
出了一些行之有效的方法和实施细则。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development in our society, great changes have taken place in everyone’s
thoughts and ideas, including undergraduates.
At the same time, a great number of students left their hometowns to live and study in
other places.
All of these made the situation of mental health of the contemporary students had some
different characteristics.
A question deserves each of us to think, that is, how to effectively guide them to grow in
a healthy way.
There are five parts in this thesis.
They are introduction, summarization on the harmonious ecologic system of
undergraduate mental health education, the review on student mental health education from
domestic and abroad, the constitution of undergraduate mental health education harmonious
ecologic system and the analysis on its practical activity.
