Abstract
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine is the precious historical heritage of China. It is widely
ed for its unique efficacy and minor side effects. Sample preparation is the pivotal
process in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, simple, efficient, rapid
and environment friendly sample preparation es hot research topic. New preparation
and determination methods for the analysis of anthraquinone derivatives in medicine and
body fluid were studied in this thesis. The thesis has 4 chapters and the main results are as
follows:
In chapter 1: The principle and application monly used extraction methods are
summarized, such as solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, supercritical fluid
extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, liquid phase micro-extraction, dispersive
liquid-liquid micro-extraction and cloud-point extraction. There is also a summary on the
plant source, efficacy and extraction separation and quantitative analysis of rhubarb and
