题目长乐超市布局与规划设计研究
内容提要
超市作为自选类型的百货商店,由于其规划设计牵涉到许多无法定量的因素,所以大多数超市尤其是小型超市没有对卖场进行合理细致的规划。本文针对长乐超市的区域拥堵情况,运用SLP法对长乐超市进行了重新的设施规划和布局,在进行各区域物流关系分析时,创新地将物流当作人流来分析,从而缩短顾客购物排队等待的时间。同时再结合非物流因素,根据物流关系与非物流关系的比重为1:1的权重得出超市各区域单位之间的综合关系,得出各单位之间的位置相关图,再结合长乐超市的各区域的原面积,在收银台和办公室保持原状的情况下做出新的布局规划方案。新的布局将超市的蔬菜区和瓜果区合并为一个区域,并将其布置在离后门较近的区域,很大程度地缩短了理货人员的搬运距离,改善了他们的工作环境。

Abstract
Supermarkets department stores as a choice type, due to its planning and design involves many factors that can not be quantified, so most of the supermarkets, especially small supermarket stores no reasonable careful planning.
