土钉支护优化设计方法研究

摘要
土钉支护是基坑和边坡加固中重要的支护形式之一,它以其经济可靠、施工
快速简便等优点在我国得到了迅速推广和广泛应用。但由于目前人们对土钉支护
的作用机理认识不足,其设计仍停留于经验阶段,而且,往往只注重土钉支护的
安全性,忽视了其经济性。因此,为了兼顾二者,必须对土钉支护的优化设计方
法进行深入研究,其具有重要的理论与工程实际意义。
本文在深入研究国内外相关研究现状的基础上,首先通过研究土钉支护的加
固机理,提出了土钉最大拉力分配系数的概念,并给出了相应的计算方法,而且,
通过将该方法所得的分析结果与工程测试结果进行对比分析,验证了其合理性;
其次,结合土钉支护整体稳定性的极限平衡分析方法,建立了确定土钉合理设计
长度的计算模型,为土钉支护的优化设计奠定了基础;然后,在深入研究土钉支
护设计影响因素的基础上,构建出了可考虑受土钉层数、土钉间距、土钉倾角和
土钉长度等众多因素综合影响的土钉支护优化设计模型;最后,在上述研究基础
上,引进模拟退火优化算法,通过将其与几何控制参数法结合,建立出了土钉支
护优化设计的新方法,并开发出相应的计算程序。
工程实例分析和计算表明,本文所提出的优化设计方法稳定可靠,计算所得
到的优化设计方案兼具安全与经济合理性,为土钉支护优化设计提供了新的思路
和方法。

土钉支护优化设计方法研究
Abstract
Soil nailing retaining structure is one of the important supporting forms which
are applied for reinforcing foundation pit and slope. It has been generalized rapidly
and applied widely in our country because of its characteristics of economy,
reliability and convenient construction. But for that the people has not enough
acquantanceship about the action mechanism of this technique, its design method is
still staying at the empirical stage. Its characteristic of safety is always emphasized
in the course of design, but the economical characteristic of it is neglected at the
same time. So, in order to consider both of them, the optimum design method of this
technique must be studied thoroughly. It has important theoretical and enginnering
practical meaning.
Based on studying the present status of relating research at home and abroad,
firstly, a concept of distribution coefficient of the nail’s maximum tense is advanced
in this paper by analyzing the action mechanism of soil nailing retaining structure,
and then the puting method is given out. Furthermore, by
comparing the results which are achieved by using this method with the field test
results, its reasonableness is proved
