摘要:企业在大型机械的推广过程中,实体模型往往能够给客户最直观的感受。现代模型制作的方法虽多,但对于大型机械设备的实体模型制作缺少一套指导方法。本文总结出一套针对大型机械设备切实可行的模型制作方法,包括前期的电子模型重建,对结构进行研究并重构以适合模型制作;中期的模型材料加工;到后期的模型制作以及实际工艺应用。论文以空气预热器为例,根据所总结出的具体方法,以多种手工模型制作工艺为手段,制作出回转式空气预热器的模型。论文为大型机械设备的模型制作提供制作方法和工艺的参考依据。

LARGE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION METHODS AND PROCESSES OF THE MODEL

Abstract:Large machinery enterprises in the promotion process, physical models are often able to give our customers the most intuitive feelings. Modern modeling methods are numerous, but for large machinery lack of a physical model making instructional methods. This paper summarizes a set of large-scale machinery and equipment for practical modeling methods, including electronic pre-model reconstruction, the structure is studied and reconstructed to fit the model-making; interim model materials processing; into late model making and the actual process applications .
