地方高校科研团队适合度模型及实证研究
摘要
科研团队是高校承担各项科技创新活动最基本的载体和组织形式,也是高校凝练学科
方向、汇聚学科队伍、构建科研平台的基础。目前,地方高校科研团队建设存在着诸如学
术带头人匮乏、学术力量分散,科研平台薄弱、科技管理不力等问题,严重制约着地方高
校科技创新能力的发挥。因此,在科技资源有限的地方高校,如何采取切实有效的手段,
整合科研团队资源、优化科研团队结构、提升科研团队竞争力,成为一项亟待解决的重要
课题。
本文以地方高校科研队为研究对象,以适合度景观理论为支撑,提出了科研团队适合
度的概念,认为学术带头人、师资队伍、科研平台以及管理水平是影响科研团队适合度的
四个主要因素,并利用 NK 模型分析了单一系统和多系统耦合的地方高校科研团队适合度
景观。
通过研究,本文主要完成了以下工作:(1)找出了影响科研团队科技创新绩效的因素
的最优配置状态;(2)分析了科研团队科技创新能力提升的路径;(3)研究了科研团队影
响要素之间的积累和依赖关系;(4)判断出科研团队在与其他团队的交互过程中所处的状
态。

LANDSCAP OF RESEARCH TEAM OF LOCAL COLLEGES
Abstract
Research team is the most basic activities of the scientific and technological innovation vector
anizational forms in university, but also the direction of trained human resources,
together with the contingent of disciplines, the basis for constructing research platform. At
present, in the process of building the research team of local colleges and universities, there are
some problems, such as academic leaders who are lack of academic scattered strength, weak
scientific research platform, science and technology management are ineffective, and all of these
are seriously restricting the ability of local colleges and universities of science and technology
innovation.
Therefore, in the local colleges and universities which have limited scientific and
technological resources, how to take practical and effective means, integrate scientific research
team resources, optimize research team structure, enhance petitiveness of scientific
research team, and has e an important issues. In this paper, put the research teams of local
colleges and universities as an objective, based on the theory of Fitness Landscape, we propose
Fitness Notion that means academic leaders, teachers, research platform and the management of
scientific research team are the four main fact
