民营中小企业财务风险的成因及防范
【摘要】 改革开放三十多年来,中国经济逐渐发展壮大,民营企业作为我国经济体系的一个重要组成部分,己经获得了长足的发展,并在国民经济中发挥了积极的作用。但随着民营经济规模的不断壮大,我国中小企业由于自身实力薄弱、资金不充足等原因,在市场运作中应变能力差,暴露出的问题也越来越多,其中存在严重的财务风险是民营企业应着重注意的问题。
在当下这经济持续低迷的状态,民营中小企业应该充分利用自身的内部环境来适应外部环境,增强风险意识,建立财务核心指标来衡量企业财务状况,建立健全内部控制制度,规避财务风险,防范财务危机的发生,以充分实现企业目标。
