摘要
中小企业作为一个规模庞大的群体,在整个国民经济建设中起到了
十分重要的作用,中小企业信息化程度的高低直接关系到整个。我国中小企业信息化建设经过几年的摸索,取得了一定的成
绩,但在信息化之路上,也暴露出不少的问题,其中之一就是没有一个
适合中小企业自身特点的企业资源计划(ERP)软件系统。因此,针对我国
中小企业的特点,开发出真正符合其需要的 ERP 系统对于促进其信息化
建设和国民经济的发展都具有重要的意义。
本文通过全面研究 ERP 的基本原理、ERP 技术发展及应用现状,并
结合按订单生产离散型制造业中小企业特点,指出了此类企业应用 ERP
要解决的问题。
在对某按订单生产离散型制造业中小企业进行了深入的需求分析
后,本文使用 Visual C++ 语言工具,在 Windows 环境下,以 SQL Server
2000 为底层数据库,使用 ADO 接口编程技术自主开发了一个 ERP 系统
—南明 ERP( NM-ERP) 系统,并介绍了该系统的模块结构及设计
开发过程。该系统主要包括采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、计划和生
产管理、财务管理、设备管理、后勤管理、人力资源管理、质量管理和
系统维护管理子系统。在系统实现中,采用 C/S 与 B/S 相结合的体系结
构,使系统具有更好的扩展性和可靠性。采用了面向对象的开发方法,
提高了软件代码的可重用性和易维护性。
针对本文中按订单生产离散型制造业中小企业应用 ERP 要解决的问
题和在开发南明 ERP 系统的过程中遇到的一些问题,提出了一些相应的
解决方案。这些研究工作主要集中在 ERP 系统的信息安全和体系结构方
面。本文提出一种改进的 B/S 结构模型和一种在 ERP 系统中应用数字签
名的方案。另外,对大数据显示速度慢和企业原有资源的利用等问题,
本文也给出了相应的解决办法。

ABSTRACT
As a main body of society, small and medium-sized enterprise acts as a
very important role in national economy. Its digitalization level influences
the digitalization level of the whole country severely. Though small and
medium-sized enterprise in our country has made some achievements, there
are also various problems in aspect of digitalization. For example, there is a
lack of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software adaptive to
characteristic of small and medium-sized enterprise. Therefore, it is
important to develop an ERP system for our small and medium-sized
enterprise to fit their need according to their own characteristics. Research
and application of ERP system will be significant to boost our country's
modernization and national economy development.
