摘要: 为研究硫酸粘杆菌素与杆菌肽锌组合对早期断奶仔猪的应用效果。选30日龄断奶仔猪(杜×长×大)60头,随即分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各半)。实验采用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,对照组添加20 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素,实验组添加20 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素+30 mg/kg杆菌肽锌,测定两组仔猪的平均日增重、饲料转化率和腹泻率。

Abstract: as the research with bacitracin zinc sulfate sticky coli bination of application effect for early weaned piglets. Choose 30 days of age weaning piglets (d * long *) 60 head, then divided into 2 groups, each group 5 repeat, repeat every 6 pig evenly divided (male parent). Based diet experiment using corn, soybean meal, the control group to add 20 mg/kg stick sulphuric acid bacillus, the experimental group to add 20 mg/kg stick coli sulfate + 30 mg/kg bacitracin zinc, determination of two groups of piglets' average daily gain, feed conversion rate and the rate of diarrhea.

前言
因为断奶仔猪断奶应激普遍存在腹泻、生长停滞等断奶综合症,由于其生理功能和免疫系统尚未发育完善,在日粮中一般都联合使用两种或两种以上的抗菌药物,以扩大药物的抗菌谱和提高抗菌效果[1、2]。杆菌肽锌可抑制多种病原微生物细胞壁的形成和蛋白质的合成,对革兰氏阳性菌有很强的抗菌作用,对部分革兰氏阴性菌、螺旋体、放线菌也有效,抗菌谱与青霉素相似。据文献报道:仔猪和肥育猪饲料中添加杆菌肽锌, 添加量在10-100 mg/kg范围内,
