摘要:鸡大肠杆菌感染是危害养鸡业的主要细菌性传染病,无菌采取单县各大鸡场中疑似大肠杆病死雏鸡肝、脾、肺等脏器病料,通过结合综合流行病学、临床学、病理学、生物化学和传染病学,进行分离与鉴定,最终确诊为鸡大肠杆菌病。从部分养鸡场分离出的细菌进行药敏试验,通过药敏试验筛选出敏感药物,为治疗与预防提供理论依据和实际应用参数。

The Separation,identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test of Chicken Colibacillosis in Shanxian ,Shandong

Abstract: Chicken colibacillosis infection is the major infectious diseases in poultry industry. Sterilely resorting to ans, such as livers ,spleens, lungs of illness, chicklings that are suspected colibacillosis of each large chicken places in Shanxian,by the means bing with epidemiology,clinical, pathology, biochemistry and epidemiology,we can separate and identificate to diagnose whether it is colibacillosis or not. By the means of form dyeing and Biochemical tests and then antimicrobial susceptibility test on bacterium that is separated from part chicken places,we can screen some Sensitive drugs and find more effective proprietary to Provide theoretical basis and practical parameters of treatment and prevention..
