Abstract the paper introduces the coastal underground reservoir system engineering constructed by Longkou city, include the foundation term research of underground reservoir, construct of continuous concrete wall, artificial recharge engineering, underground reservoir system engineering management, the development and utilization of groundwater in downstream plain area of Huangshui River in Longkou e to a new level. Passing many years practicality operation and continuously perfect, obtaining better economic benefit, social benefit and ecosystem benefit.

1 前言
龙口市位于胶东半岛的北边,滨临渤海的港口城市。滨海地下水库是座落在龙口市黄水河下游冲积平原上,。
