摘要
随着多媒体和网络技术的快速发展,网络视频会议系统日益受到各类企业的青
睐,其应用范围也越来越广泛。本文主要研究基于组件技术的视频会议系统,项目
来源于武汉力兴电源公司。
组件化视频会议系统是组件技术在视频会议领域的应用。本文全面分析了视频会
议系统以及组件技术的国内外发展现状。在对组件化视频会议的典型代表-
NetMeeting 进行客观分析后,指出现今视频会议系统的不足之处,结合企业需求提
出相应的解决方案和设计目标。在此目标下,
规范, 规范的实现原理和关键点;概括了目前的国际音频视频编码系列
标准,并得出适合本系统的最佳选择。经过对视频会议系统关键技术音频视频采集
压缩的深入研究之后,对基于 C/S 组件化视频会议系统进行模块设计以及实现,主
要有以下几个方面:音频模块,实现音频采集编码以及传输,对音频混音问题进行
分析与解决,重点研究了音视频同步问题,提出基于时间戳的解决方案;视频模块,
实现视频采集编码以及传输,重点提出了一系列运行机制,完善系统功能,提高会
议系统稳定性,如:分辨率自调整,用以适应不同的会议图像清晰度要求;压缩器
自选函数,使系统在不同环境和配置下顺利运行;视频自选择,用来解决网络资源
不稳定带来的问题;网络模块,对套接字及多线程技术进行深入研究,提出解决方
案。
在此基础上,详细介绍了组件化视频会议系统的相关模块以及关键技术的具体实
现,经过多方测试各性能指标均满足企业需求,同时也达到了预定设计目标。

Abstract
As the fast development of multimedia technology work & communication
technology, the Video Conferencing System is ing more and more favored by many
kinds of enterprises. And its application es greatly popularly. This thesis based on
ponent Video Conferencing System and the project is from Lixing Power
Company.
ponent Video Conferencing System is the application ponent
technology in Video Conferencing System. This thesis fully analyzed the current
developing situation of Video Conferencing System ponent technology at home
and overseas. The thesis indicates the ings of current Video Conferencing System
through analyzing Meeting-the typical sample ponent Video Conferencing
System. And it also puts forward relative solution and design object. Under the object, the
thesis investigates ponent theory and the criterion and analyzes
realization theory and key point of criterion. And it also concludes international
standards of the Audio, Video Coding criterion and indicates the best choice of this system.
