摘要
人类已经迈入二十一世纪,信息化、智能化已经成为当今的热门话题,无论是
在金融、医疗、军事、教育等各领域都在实行着信息化、智能化的革新。如何运用
先进的技术实现现代化的管理,并以信息化、智能化的手段提高高校的行政效能、
管理水平、和决策准确性,从而更为科学、更加有效地为社会、师生服务,已经成
为我国高校的一项重要工作。
数字化校园系统是为推动我国教育政务信息化而设计的基于 Web 应用程序,
其主要目的在于构建合理的高校科研管理,学生、教师管理,以及达到知识共享、
促进交流协作与一体的平台。当前,各高校科研管理系统普遍存在的不同项目通常
不能实现项目资源共享,科研经费管理和资产合理使用缺乏高效手段和制度保证,
缺乏统一便捷的交流、协作手段的状况,为解决以上问题,我们研究和开发了基于
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 的数字化校园科研管理平台,其主要包括将高校
的邮件,工作流,协作,即时通讯,文档和内容管理以及统一的身份认证等集中于
统一的平台之上,并且具有显示终端的友好化界面,同时还具有智能搜索以及知识
共享的优势,构建了可持续发展的高校科研管理和协作的信息体系。
其主要特点为面向服务的分层体系架构,体系的合理分划和模块化的应用建
设;充分共享基础设施资源、从架构上保障互联互通;基于中间件的构建方法,提
高系统开发质量和可靠性;通过共享稳定完善的基础设施,敏捷开发新的业务应用。
目前数字化校园系统已在某些高校试用运行,系统运行稳定。

Abstract
In the 21st century, information, intelligence has e a hot topic today, whether
in financial, medical, military, education, and other areas in the implementation of all the
information, and high-tech innovation. How to use advanced technology to achieve the
modernization of management, and information, and high-tech means to improve the
administrative efficiency of University management, and decision-making accuracy, more
scientific and more effective for munity, teachers and students, our colleges and
universities have e an important task.
Digital Campus system in China is to promote the education of the Chief Information
designed web-based applications, and its main purpose is to construct a reasonable college
research management, students, teachers management, as well as to the sharing of
knowledge, and promote exchanges and cooperation and integration platform. At present,
