浙江联通承载网IP化工程设计

摘要
2009年初,中国联通获得了WCDMA 3G牌照,从此高速增长的3G新增用户及其网络数据流量给中国联通原有数据传输承载体系带来了前所未有的压力。中国联通也为此开展了多层次的网络承载改造。2009年初,原浙江联通和原浙江网通合并成为了新浙江联通,这为联通提供了新的承载网支持,但也带来了原有承载改造计划需求更改、网络兼容互通方面的问题,而这些都是以IT网络的融合为基础。而新联通成立也为宁波联通建设新的核心承载网改造提供了契机。随着业务需求和通信技术的发展,通信网的业务和网络融合已经成为通信网发展的主要方向。
传统意义上的专有数据传输网网络正在逐渐演进成电信企业内部多应用的综合数据网络平台。为了实现一个物理承载网承载多个逻辑独立的业务,NGN、IPoATM、MSLP VPN等各项技术被引入到网络建设中。
本文通过论述核心承载网的特征和各项相关技术的原理,阐述了NGN、MGW等技术作为核心承载网IP化实现的核心技术的可行性,描述了浙江联通下辖的宁波联通核心承载网结构的设计过程,详细说明了最终实现的方案和步骤,最后本文总结了本次网络建设中的不足和对未来的展望。

Abstract
The WCDMA data transportation kept growing with a rapidly high pace since China Corporation acquired the WCDMA operating license in early 2009, which came up with new system press and bearer requests on the original work system. work architecture distributed originally work system expand gradually have e an important factor work integration. The original Zhejiang Co, and previous com Co, merged to form the new Zhejiang , which would provide a new work support. However, there are problems such as requirements changes in original core-bearer system upgrade projects, and there had patibility issues to deal with. On the other hand, it is great chance to boost up the re-construction of core-work in China , Ningbo branch.
Legacy of “data only” work subsystem is rapidly playing the role work platform in munication industry. Through the description of Zhejiang IP-based core work design and implementation in this paper, demonstrating the feasibility of work status, network structure and its implementation. A lot of technical, like NGN、IPoATM、MSLP VPN are applied in achieving the goal of managing multiple logically independent services with one work.
By introducing the relevant technical means and support equipment, by introducing the major procedure in designing of the core work in Ningbo, a branch of Zhejiang , we will discuss the possibility in applying new technology such as NGN, MGW to this working construction.
