摘要
数据挖掘技术是面向应用的,它不仅能分析处理海量的数据,而且可以找到
这些数据之间的内在联系,从而促进信息的传递。移动网络优化是指对现有网络
资源进行优化,从而改善网络质量,确保网络资源有效利用,不断趋向于网络规
划的最终要求,所以这是一个任务量重、过程复杂的庞大的系统工程。
本文是在讨论移动网络优化技术和数据挖掘算法的基础上,研究如何将数据
挖掘应用到移动网络优化的 DT(路测)系统中。本文首先讨论移动网络优化的现
状和发展、以及网络优化 DT 测试的方法和流程,其次讨论数据挖掘技术中的各种
算法和实际应用形式,最后将它们结合起来,讨论怎样将数据挖掘技术应用到移
动网络的优化中去,并根据客户对网络优化 DT 系统的智能化需求,讨论怎样实现
具有数据挖掘功能的无线网络优化 DT 系统。数据挖掘技术在 DT 系统中的作用、
具体的算法设计以及最终的应用结果是整个 DT 系统设计的重点。其中,DT 系统
是整个无线网络优化的重要组成部分,分析研究数据挖掘技术在网优中的应用不
仅具有代表性,更是对数据挖掘技术应用到移动网络优化体系的其它组成部分具
有重要的指导意义。同时,将数据挖掘技术应用到移动网络优化的各个组成部分
中,是整个移动网络的优化中的重要发展过程。
将数据挖掘技术应用到移动网络优化领域,不仅打破了以往被动的复杂的统
计局面,而且提高了网络的通信质量,通过科学的运算和预测来优化移动网络,
为网络运营商、运维和网建的方案决策的制定提供了有力的支持,为运营商带来
了良好的效益。

Abstract
Data Mining technology is the application-oriented,It is not only analyze vast
amounts of data processing but also can be found in the intrinsic link between these
data,thus promoting the transfer of work optimization is to
optimize work resources to work quality,and ensure efficient use
work resources, and constantly tend to the final requirements work planning,
so it is a task of weighing, a plex process systems engineering.
Based on the discuss of work optimization technology and Data Mining
algorithms,this article is to study how the Data Mining applications to the mobile
network optimization of the Drive Test discuss the status of mobile
network optimization and development,and the methods and procedures of work
optimization Drive discuss various algorithms and practical application
forms about Data them to discuss how the Data Mining
technology to the work optimization,and based on the customer intelligence
