摘要
目前,我国经济社会发展过程中的资源短缺、环境污染和生态破坏等问题引起
了社会各界的广泛重视。在循环经济理论研究日趋深入、实践上取得重大进展,以
及我国市场经济体制初步建立的背景下,研究资源循环利用的经济效益评价模式具
有重大的理论和现实意义。
本文的主体部分由四章构成,分别是资源循环利用的概述、研究的理论基础、
资源循环利用经济效益评价模式的探索及实例分析。在资源循环利用的概述中,首
先阐明了资源循环利用的内涵、实现途径,以及它与循环经济、清洁生产、资源节
约型社会等相关概念的关系,并对目前国内外资源循环利用现状做了简要介绍。要
对资源循环利用的经济效益进行评价,需要选择恰当的分析方法。为此,本文选取
了三种方法:物质流分析法、投入产出法和技术经济分析,回顾了三种方法的起源、
在经济分析中的具体运用,分析了它们与资源循环利用经济效益评价的关系,即这
些评价方法是否适合本文的研究、如何运用到本文的研究中去。在此基础上,本文
对资源循环利用经济效益评价模式进行了探索,主要从资源循环利用的三个层面、
运用上述三种评价方法展开分析,构建相应的评价指标体系。为进一步说明本文提
出的评价模式,在论文的结尾部分,选取钢铁冶炼这一资源循环利用潜力较大行业
的代表企业做了简要的实例分析;同时,运用技术经济分析对某城市生活垃圾循环
利用(焚烧发电)项目的经济效益进行了评价。

ABSTRCT
Nowadays, problems such as lack of resource, destroying on eco-environment and so
on in our economy development attract much attention from the whole society. On the
background of researches on circular economy, its practice and the establishment of
market economy system in our country, it is definitely necessary for us to research how to
evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource.
The main part of this paper contains four chapters. They are introductions on the
circular using of resource, academic basement of this research, analysis on how to
evaluate the economic efficiency of the circular using of resource and analysis on
examples. When we introduce the circular using of resource, we explain its meaning, its
relationship between circular economy, clean production program and recourse-saving
society and so on. And then, we introduced the state of the circular using of resource in
our country and foreign countries. Since we plan to analyze the economic efficiency of
the circular using of resource, we need to choose probable methods. So, we choose three
