重庆汽车产业集群竞争力研究

摘要
产业集群是当今世界范围内普遍存在的一种重要的经济现象和区域经济发展
模式,汽车产业集群是汽车产业与区域的有机结合。在经济全球化飞速发展、全
球竞争日益激烈、以及重庆市要全力打造中国“汽车名城”的背景下,对重庆市
汽车产业集群竞争力进行准确的评价,并找出其提升的相关对策具有重要意义。
本文在分析产业集群、产业集群竞争力的研究历史、现状、特点,产业集群
竞争力的正面经济效应和对负面效应的经济规避能力,以及对国内外产业集群竞
争力评价方法研究的基础上,基于产业集群的涌现性和集群治理对产业集群竞争
力的放大作用,构建了一个评价产业集群竞争力的非线形模型。并运用该模型和
主因子分析法对重庆汽车产业集群竞争力进行了实证分析。
对重庆汽车产业集群竞争力的实证分析表明:(1)本文构建的评价产业集群
竞争力的非线形模型比线形模型更符合产业集群竞争力的经济含义;并且该模型
能较准确、有效的评价产业集群竞争力。(2)通过对2004年中国30个省市汽车产
业集群竞争力大小的比较,得出重庆汽车产业集群竞争力位于全国第4位,仅次与
吉林、上海和湖北,处于第二梯队之首。(3)重庆汽车产业集群竞争力的优势在
于经济综合实力和集群功能方面,尤其在经济规模的硬件(如主要设备拥有量、
职工人数和占地面积)上具有相对优势,经济效益、管理能力和经济效益的发展
潜力上表现一般,而在与管理能力相关的发展潜力方面处于相对劣势。(4)重庆
汽车产业集群竞争力不足的原因主要有两方面:全国汽车产业共同面临的问题和
重庆市汽车产业自身的问题。(5)在分析重庆汽车产业集群的特点和产业集群竞
争力不足的原因的基础上,分别从政府的扶持作用、行会的服务作用、整车企业
的努力和零部件企业的努力等几个方面,对提升重庆汽车产业集群竞争力提出了
建议。

ABSTRACT
The industrial cluster has been the trend of economic development all over the
world. Automobile industrial cluster is bination of automobile industry and its
related region. The city of Chongqing is trying ing the central city of cars in
China. But with the rapid development of global economy, competition between
countries and regions is getting sharper and sharper. It’s very important to make an
exact assessment of petitiveness of automobile industrial cluster in Chongqing
and find out the means to promote petitiveness of automobile industrial cluster in
Chongqing.
In this paper, we make a theoretic summary from the points about the
competitiveness of industrial cluster research history and actuality, associated theories,
characters and the methods of assessments. Based on those analyses and the megascopic
function from the rushing-character of industrial cluster and cluster governance, we set
up an un-linear model. By using it, we analyze petitiveness of automobile
industrial cluster in Chongqing.
The results of the analyses show that: (1) It
