技术能力、创新战略与创新绩效的关系研究

摘要
在竞争日益激烈,顾客需求日益多样化的市场环境下,技术创新已成为
企业生存和发展的命脉。而影响技术创新的因素又包括技术能力、创新战略、
创新管理以及不同企业间的技术联盟等。
本文通过对国内外相关文献的研究,形成关于技术能力、创新战略以及
创新绩效的理论假设并设计了关于三者关系的初始问卷,问卷采用李科特五
级评分法。为了验证本文提出的理论假设,通过对近 200 家企业的问卷调查
收集数据,并运用 SPSS 和 AMOS 软件进行数据分析,构建技术能力、创新战
略和创新绩效之间的结构方程模型,通过要素之间的路径关系进行了假设检
验。
本文的实证研究结果表明:技术能力对创新战略的选择有重要影响;在
技术能力一定的条件下,创新战略的选择对创新绩效有显著的正效用;创新
绩效对企业创新战略又具有反作用。同时,本文还从监视能力、吸收能力、
引进能力及创新能力四个方面来测度技术能力,并得到这四种能力,在创新
战略一定的条件下,与创新绩效之间存在显著的相关关系。
本文不仅把创新绩效当成因变量考虑,同时考虑到了创新绩效的反作
用,这样的处理目前在国内是不多见的。同时对于创新战略的分类不再是简
单的分为自主创新、合作创新和模仿创新,而是综合考虑创新进入市场的时
间先后与创新中组织间的合作程度,将创新战略划分为四种类型,具有一定
的创新性。本文的贡献还在于提出了技术能力、创新战略与创新绩效三者之
间的最佳匹配模式。

ABSTRACT
Under the environment of more and more petition and changing
customer’s need, technology innovation is the key point for enterprise exist and
development. The factors influencing technology innovation includes
Technology Capability, Innovation Strategy, Innovation Management as well as
Technology Alliance among different enterprises.
In this paper, we study the relevant inside and outside academic research
firstly. Then, the oretical hypotheses about Technology Capability, Innovation
Strategy, Innovation Performance will be formed and the questionnaire will be
designed by the method of five-point Likert Scale. In order to validate the
theoretical hypotheses proposed above, we gather data via nearly 200
enterprises’ questionnaire. Statistics software such as SPSS and AMOS are used
to analyze the data. Establish a Structural Equation Model(SEM) which consists
of Technology Capability, Innovation Strategy and Innovation Performance.
Hypotheses are proved through the relationship among three factors.
