摘要
在全球化和知识经济的背景下,快速发展的区域出现产业集群特征。许多发达国家和发
展中国家都存在具有竞争力的产业集群。这些产业集群对提高产业素质和产业竞争力、提升
城市和区域经济竞争力具有巨大的作用。但是由于内部或外部的多种因素的影响和制约,并
非每个产业集群都能够获取竞争优势,而且长久保持。相关理论研究和产业集群发展的实践
表明,集群内组织间知识共享的程度在很大程度上决定着产业集群的竞争力,而集群内组织
间知识共享的程度又受到多种因素的共同影响。因此,研究产业集群内组织间知识共享的影
响因素具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
本文首先对产业集群和知识共享的相关理论进行了文献综述,分析了目前研究中存在的
缺点与不足。接着,从知识溢出-知识消化与吸收-知识再溢出的角度出发,对产业集群中
知识共享的过程进行了分析,进而建立了一个集群内各组织间的知识共享过程模型,并基于
该模型分析了知识共享的影响因素,提出了关于集群内组织间知识共享影响因素的理论假
设。然后,采用实证研究方法对所提出的理论假设进行了检验。检验的方式是通过问卷设计,
进行问卷调查,收集有关数据,应用 SPSS 统计软件对数据进行定量分析。经检验,本文所
提出的理论假设均得到了验证。最后,根据实证研究的结论和我国产业集群知识共享的实际,
提出了提高我国产业集群中组织间知识共享程度的对策建议。

Abstract
With globalization and the knowledge economy, regions with fast development feature new
characteristic of industrial clusters. In many developed and developing countries there exists some
competitive clusters, which boost the relevant industry quality petitiveness and the
competitiveness of cities and regional economy as well. However, not every industrial cluster can
achieve petitive advantage and maintain it for a long period because of internal and
external causes. Some related theory and the development of Industrial cluster indicate that the
degree of anizational knowledge-sharing in clusters determined petitiveness of
industrial clusters to a large extent, which was affected by many factors. Therefore, the study on
knowledge sharing influencing factors in anizations of industrial cluster has a big
theoretical and practical significance.
Firstly, this article firstly reviewed the related theory of industrial clusters and
knowledge-sharing, analyzed the ings and inadequacies of current study and the process
of knowledge sharing in clusters from the point of knowledge-spillover, knowledge-digestion and
absorption, established a anizational knowledge-sharing model
