摘要:目的:本研究采用系统进化的方法鉴定北京延庆松山地区的舟蛾科鳞翅目昆虫。方法:
提取蛾类样本 DNA,对 COI 基因进行扩增和测序。分别利用建立系统进化树的方法,诊断
特征位点的方法以及通用混合 Yule 溯祖模型(general mixed Yule-coalescent,GMYC)的方法,
对舟蛾科进行聚类。结果:本研究结果表明这三种方法都能较好的将其区分归类。

Abstract: Objective: To identify moth species (Notodontidae) from Songshan,Yanqing,and
Beijing using DNA barcoding. Method: Total genomic DNA was extracted from specimens of
moths. Mitochondrial COI sequences were amplified. Species identifications were performed
using neighbor-joining (NJ), diagnostic characters and general mixed Yule-coalescent(GMYC)
methods. Conclusion: DNA barcoding produces good classification results and all these methods
could classify these species correctly.

0 引言
松山是北京市首个国家级自然保护区,以松得名,该自然保护区内有华北地区唯一的天
然次生油松林。地理坐标为东经 115°43′44″-115
