摘要:研究了UASB反应器处理生活垃圾渗滤液时快速启动的条件,结果表明:在夏季的室内水温(25~30℃)时,采用未经驯化的城市生活污水厂(传统活性污泥法)的剩余污泥接种,经逐步培养法,通过控制较低的液体上升流速( m/d),可以在50 d的时间里完成UASB反应器处理垃圾渗滤液的启动,使其有机负荷(以CODCr计)达到10kg/(m3·d),且CODCr的去除率高达70?上(较常规启动少用1~4个月的时间),进而在90 d里完成污泥的颗粒化。

Quick Start-up of Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) Reactor in Treating LandfilI Leachate
Abstract: Conditions for quick start-up of UASB reactor treating landfill leachate have been studied. The results show: at the embient water temptemperature in summer (25~ 30℃), when inoculated with surplus sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant (which uses conventional activated sludge process) and cultivated step-by-step, and by controlling the liquid up-flowing speed at , the UASB reactor can be started-up within 50 days in treating landfll leachate, with anic loading rate (as CODcr) up to 10 kg/().and the CODcr removal rate over 70%. Granulation of the sludge in this reactor can pleted within 90 days, which is 1~ 4 months shorter than with conventional start-up.

目前,在处理城市生活垃圾填埋场的渗滤液方面,世界上一些国家如新西兰、美国、澳大利亚等采用了UASB艺,运行效果良好[1]。我国也有实例,如福州、武汉、昆山等地在处理垃圾渗滤液时也有采用UASB工艺。但由于我国对这方面研究不足,使得相当一部分处理垃圾渗滤液的UASB反应器启动十分困难。为此,本研究侧重于为实现处理垃圾渗滤液的UASB反应器的快速启动提供实验依据和科学方法。
