文档介绍：DY公司人力资源整合的研究Thesis Submitted toHebei University of Technologyfor The Master Degree of Business AdministrationHUMAN RESOURCE INTEGRATIONRESEARCHOF PANYbyZhaoWenhongSupervisor: SuyingJune,2012河北工业大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文iDY公司人力资源整合的研究摘要21世纪的今天,随着全球经济一体化的到来,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。企业之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。做为企业来说,现在各个行业企业都对内部人力资源加以高度的重视,都注意到人力资源是确保企业核心竞争优势的最主要的、最关键的资源。而如何吸引人才、培养人才、使用人才,成为企业界人力资源管理与开发的重要任务。现在企业管理中,人力资源管理己经成为企业日常管理的重要内容,人力资源管理部门的管理职能正在由过去的、传统的人事行政管理职能逐步转变为战略性人力资源管理职能,成为企业人力资源发展战略的重要执行和参考部门。本文共分为七个部分,第一部分绪论,主要内容包括人力资源整合研究背景及意义、国内外研究综述、主要研究内容及方法。第二部分主要内容包括通过对资料的收集和整理,归纳了人力资源整合相关理论。第三部分主要内容包括DY公司概况,该公司人力资源组织机构现状和人力资源整合必要性。第四部分主要内容包括对该公司人力资源整合策略进行了分析研究。第五部分对DY公司人力资源整合策略实施管理进行评估。第六部分对DY公司人力资源整合策略提出管理建议。第七部分,是本文的结论部分。本论文从人力资源整合的基本原理出发,分析了企业人力资源整合的方式,通过企业内外部环境的分析,得出了企业人力资源整合的最佳途径,并提出理论依据,对指导我国企业人力资源整合具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词:人力资源, 整合,DY公司DY公司人力资源整合的研究iiHUMAN RESOURCE INTEGRATIONRESEARCHOF PANYABSTRACTTwent y-first Century is an era full of opportunities and challenges, is a survival of the fittest, the survival of the fittest, is a human petitive era.
