基于循环经济的钢铁工业生态产业链研究

摘要

钢铁工业是我国国民经济重要的基础产业,但同时钢铁产业也是能源、水资源和矿产
资源消耗量很大的资源和能源密集型产业。钢铁生产过程中消耗大量的资源和能源,同时
排放出大量的废气、废水和工业固体废弃物,污染环境,恶化人类赖以生存的空间。我国
资源不足的矛盾越来越突出,生态建设和环境保护的形势日益严峻,钢铁工业发展循环经
济是缓解资源约束矛盾和减轻环境污染的有效途径,是提高经济效益的重要措施,是实现
可持续发展的本质要求。生态产业链是循环经济的重要实现形式,它是基于对自然生态系
统中的物料和能量高效利用的模仿,以提高产业链中物料和能量的利用效率。
本文在循环经济、清洁生产和生态产业链等理论的研究基础之上,构建了基于循环经
济的钢铁工业生态产业链,并以邯钢为例,提出了生态产业链的优化方案。
本文研究内容包括以下三个方面:
首先,论述了论文研究的相关理论与方法,分析了钢铁工业生态产业链的作用和实现
途径,对国内钢铁企业生态产业链的实践状况进行了介绍,总结了钢铁工业生态产业链运
行中存在的主要问题。
其次,分析了基于循环经济的钢铁工业模式,分别从小、中、大三个层面的循环对钢
铁工业生产业链进行了构建,然后着眼于总体构建了基于循环经济的钢铁工业生态产业
链。
最后,以邯钢为例,分析其产业链的问题,并针对邯钢提出生态产业链的优化方案,
通过数据包络分析对邯钢产业链进行比较分析。
构建基于循环经济的钢铁工业生态产业链不仅可以节约资源,提高资源利用效率,而
且可以通过减少污染物的排放和污染防治费用,取得明显的经济、环境效益。
希望本文的研究成果可以为我国钢铁工业的发展提供有价值的参考。

ABSTRACT

Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry in national economy in china, and it is
alse an energy-intensive industry, which is a large consumer of energy、water and mineral
resources. A large amount of resources and energy were consumed in the production of iron and
steel, and at the same time, a large amount of exhaust emissions、waste water and industrial solid
waste were discharged, which caused environmental pollution and the deterioration of human's
live space. China's lack of resources es more and more obviously, and the situation of
ecological construction and environmental protection has es more critically day by day.
Developing circular economy in iron and steel industry is an effective way to reduce the
environmental pollution and ease resource constraint conflicts, which is also an important
measure to enhance economic efficiency and the essential requirement to achieve sustainable
