摘要
随着现代信息产业的蓬勃发展,以 IT 服务为主导的软件产业已经深入到人们
生活的方方面面,尤其是在快速增长的移动服务市场方面,为人们生产生活服务的
各种新的平台不断涌现,随之而来的却是这些新的服务平台的管理与整合问题日益
成为移动服务市场的一大弊病。针对这种情况,提出了新的移动金融服务平台的开
发与实现。
移动金融服务平台是一种基于嵌入式的 B2C 的软件系统平台,手机用户可以通
过注册来享受系统提供的基本银行业务和基于地理位置的各种服务。而各种服务提
供商(包括银行,酒店,机场等)都可以在该平台上进行基于位置信息的服务发布
和服务销售,同时在整个过程中的现金流将由系统自动进行转账等一系列的操作处
理,因此,这不仅仅是一个简单的 M-Business 的应用,而是有效的协同了从服务发
布到服务销售到银行业务的整个过程。系统涵盖了服务行业产业链的流程的大部分
过程,对服务商提供商来说,移动金融服务平台无疑给他们开拓又一新的市场。
移动金融服务平台的实现,集网络运营商,银行业务提供商,物流服务商,以
及产品服务提供商为一体提供综合商务服务,对服务商的产品发布到产品收益的整
个过程进行协同化的管理,引导。同时对移动用户提供基于位置的和随处可得的各
种服务,并通过个性化的定制来进行理财和消费,成为一个真正销售服务的商城和
发布服务进行投资的商城。

Abstract
Along with the development of information industry, the software industry whose
dominant part is Information Technology service has existed in every side of the people's
usual life, especially in the mobile service market which is increasing fast, different kinds
of new platform service for peoples' life and work are being used, however, how to
manage and integrate those new platform is one fault in mobile service market. So, in
this case, we have the idea of development and implementation of embedded based
financial service platform.
The financial service system is a software system platform which is based on
embedded and B2C, the mobile phone user can get the base bank service supplied by the
system and kinds of services based on geographical position. The entire service provider,
including the bank, hotel and airport, can publish the services based on the geography
position information and sale the services on the mobile financial service system. At the
same time, the cash flow in the whole process could be dealt automatically, such as the
transfer. So, this is not a simple M-Business application, but cooperates effectively with
the whole process from the services publishing to the se
