对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响
摘要:目的:研究不同采摘期宁夏枸杞叶对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:将春季、夏季、秋季宁夏枸杞叶分别按高剂量组(750mg/kg·BW)、低剂量组(500mg/kg·BW)水煎剂给小鼠灌胃,对照组灌服等量自来水,每日一次,连续灌胃14d后,各组小鼠分别进行密闭缺氧实验。结果:与对照组相比,春季、夏季、秋季宁夏枸杞叶水煎剂的高、低剂量组均延长了小鼠密闭缺氧存活时间,其中秋季枸杞叶高、低两个剂量组更为显著(p<),%、%,均优于春季、夏季枸杞叶。春季、夏季枸杞叶各剂量组之间差异不显著(p>)。结论:一定剂量的不同采摘期的宁夏枸杞叶均可明显提高小鼠的耐缺氧作用,其中秋季枸杞叶效果更好。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of pecking –periods of Leaves of Lycium Barbarum have on anti-anoxia of : Firstly, We put the leaves of Lycium barbarum into three groups, that is, the high dose group (750mg/kg BW), the low dose group (500mg/kg BW) and the water, which were fed by different groups separately. The leaves of Lycium barbarum had been picked in spring, summer and mice in controling group were fed once a day with the same amount of cold water. 14days later, mice in each group were experimented on confined hypoxia : Compared with the control group, we found the spring, summer, autumn leaves of Lycium barbarum water decoction, low-dose group extended
