经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术的术后护理

摘要
直肠癌是是胃肠道中常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率仅次于胃癌和食管癌。经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(简称Miles术),是目前手术治疗直肠癌的常用方法,主要适用于腹膜折返以下的直肠癌。由于术后造口和排便方式的改变加重了患者的心理负担,严重影响了患者的生活质量,因此术后密切观察病情;加强切口、肠造口的护理,协助并教会患者自理;做好人工肛门的排便训练和心理饮食护理等有效措施将有利于患者的造口护理和良好排便习惯的养成,减轻患者的痛苦,促进病情的康复,提高患者术后的生活质量。

ABSTRACT
Colorectal cancer is mon malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal tract, after the incidence of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer. Abdominal perineal resection of rectal cancer (referred to as Miles), is currently in operation of rectal carcinoma treated monly used methods, mainly applicable to peritoneal reentry following rectal cancer. Due to postoperative stoma and bowel changes aggravate the patient's psychological burden, serious influence patient's quality of life, therefore, postoperative close observation of disease; to strengthen the incision, intestinal stoma care, assist and teach self-care; well artificial anal bowel training and mental diet nursing and other effective measures will be helpful for patients with colostomy nursing care and a good bowel habits, to alleviate the suffering of patients, promote the rehabilitation of illness, improve patients' postoperative quality of life.
