摘要
信息技术发展使教育信息化建设步伐不断加速,教育信息系统逐步普及,并已经在很
多教育领域得到模块化的应用。但由于教育机构信息化的过程是渐进分散的,信息化水平
的差距很大,在这个过程中使用的各种应用系统,通常是运行于不同的系统平台,使用不
同开发的环境、技术及标准,这使得大部分的教育管理信息系统处于“信息孤岛”状态。
如何高效合理利用现有教育信息和资源,实现各种地理位置分散、平台异构的教育信
息系统的融合,建设与之相适应的电子政务、教学资源共享和科教互动的区域性教育信息
平台框架,成为教育信息化建设,区域性教育理念得到实质性发展的关键。通过区域性教
育,能够促进区域内和区域间教育的协调和均衡发展,同时也能加快优质教学资源的建设。
论文基于类元模型 PassSTU 软件架构,通过简化平台设计和部署,构建基于本体技术
的区域性教育信息平台框架 PassSTU-REIP,为教学管理人员、教学人员、学生和家长等
对象提供高质的信息化服务。PassSTU-REIP 由区域汇聚层、数据汇聚层及教育系统层构
成,论文分析 PassSTU-REIP 实施模式,基于 PassSTU-REIP 的虚拟层次演化和动态拓展,
讨论教育本体、数据引擎和查询机制构建,完成了实验性平台的初步设计和实现。

Abstract
The development of information technology speeds up the process of educational
informationization. Educational information system has been deployed gradually, and modular
educational information system has been used in many educational fields. However, the process
of educational informationization is gradual and decentralized, there exists a gap in the
development of informationization. The application systems used in school usually run on a
variety of platforms. Besides, these systems do not share the same development environment,
technology and standard. All these result in that most of the educational institutions are still
being isolated islands of information.
It has e the key issue of educationcal informationization to integrate and use
educational information reasonably, connect the scattered and heterogeneous educational
manage information systems,construct a corresponding regional work
architecture platform including educational e-government,sharing course care and interaction
of research and education can improve the balanced development of
education inside and outside region. It can also speed-up the building of good teaching resource
at the same time.
