Abstract

摘要
为了使人民警察教育训练证书的管理做到严谨有序,不出差错,并能快速方
便地完成训练证书的发放、培训记录的填写、证书的使用管理、证书的审核验印
等工作,省公安厅政治部拟开发一套基于网络的信息化管理软件辅助训练证书的
管理。在考察了多种类似的教育培训管理软件之后,省公安厅政治部发现,无论
是其他行业的教育培训管理软件还是其他省公安厅正使用的相关软件,都尚未发
现有跟现行公安部新推行的人民警察教育训练证书管理要求相一致的软件。为
此,省公安厅政治部教育训练处特委托本课题组开发一个针对江西省公安厅人民
警察教育训练证书管理的辅助管理系统,简称为“警训管理系统”。
本文论述了“警训管理系统”的开发过程、方法、技术和工具,重点介绍了
其第一期工作中的需求分析、系统设计、数据库设计、编码实现以及实施整个过
程,论述了技术、分层式体系结构技术在警训管理系统中的应用。
本文主要从以下几个方面做了研究工作:
1、研究并开发了基于的警训管理系统软件。该警训管理系统是
针对特定的需求而定制,时间限期非常紧张,课题组采用分两期的实现机制,保
证了软件开发的进度,且使软件的扩展变得非常容易。第一期的实现基本体现了
真正表达了需求。虽然其业务逻辑模型与实际模型有一定距离,由于第一期实现
的表现层,业务逻辑层,数据访问层,实体层各层之间依赖关系非常明确,根据
其依赖关系,可以很容易根据需求的改变而改变实现。
2、平台下分层式软件体系结构技术进行分析,并形成一套通用的软
件分层体系结构,简化类似应用系统的开发难度。

ABSTRACT
The Provincial Public Security Department intends to develop a Web-based
information management software for assisting the management of training
certificates. This is to make the management of the People's Police Education
Training Certificate more precise, ordered, and without mistakes. It will also help to
carry out the issuance of training certificates quickly and easily, complete the training
records, the management of certificates’ use, the auditing and verification of
certificates, surveying many similar educational and training management
softwares, the Department has not yet found a software corresponding with the current
Department’s requirements, either the education and training management software in
the other sectors, or other relevant Provincial Public Security Department’s software
they are this case, the Education Training Department has contracted us to
develop a software specific for Jiangxi Provincial Public Security Department’s
assistant system for Education Training Certificate management (Police Training
Management System for short).
