摘要:目的:观察和研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子( bFGF)对人脐带间充质干细胞
(hUC-MSCs)增殖的作用。方法:采用组织块培养法从人脐带中分离出 hUC-MSCs,采用
实时荧光定量 RT-PCR 检测 CD73、CD90 和 CD105 在 hUC-MSCs 的表达水平。在 hUC-MSCs、
NIH 3T3 和 Balb/c 3T3 细胞培养液中添加不同浓度的 bFGF 培养细胞,通过 MTT 法检测和
分析 bFGF 对 hUC-MSCs、NIH 3T3 和 Balb/c 3T3 细胞增殖的作用。结果:组织块培养法分
离得到的 hUC-MSCs 可以表达干细胞标记蛋白 CD73、CD90 和 CD105,MTT 法检测表明
bFGF 能促进 hUC-MSCs、NIH 3T3 和 Balb/c 3T3 细胞的增殖。结论:bFGF 具有促进
hUC-MSCs 增殖的作用,与 NIH 3T3 和 Balb/c 3T3 细胞相比,bFGF 对于 hUC-MSCs 具有类
似的促增殖作用。

Abstract: Objective: The effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) were studied on the
proliferation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs). Methods:
hUC-MSCs were isolated from human umbilical cord by tissue adherent method. The expression
of CD73, CD90 and CD105 was determined by real-time RT-PCR. The different concentrations of
bFGF were added in the growth medium to study its effects on the proliferation of hUC-MSCs,
