摘要:目前持久性有机污染物(POPs)污染已遍及全球,严重威胁着人类生命健康和生态环
境安全,成为重大的全球性环境问题之一。本文简述了 POPs 的定义、分类及毒性;治理方
法和分析检测技术,重点叙述气质联用及相关技术对生产、生活用品及环境介质(水体、土
壤、大气)中 POPs 的检测。并在已取得进展的基础上提出了技术和政策上的防治对策。

Abstract:
At present time, anic pollutants(POPs) contamination has been all over
the world, a serious threat to human health and ecological safety of life , which has e a

major global environmental problems. The definition, classification and toxicity; management
methods and analytical techniques of POPs were described in this paper, focusing on GC-MS and
related techniques for the detection of POPs in our production, daily necessities and environmental
medias (water, soil, air). Control and prevention measures concerning technical and policy
countermeasures were also proposed based on progresses has been made.

0 引言
2011 年 5 月刚结束的《斯德哥尔摩公约》第五次缔约方大会上将“硫丹”列入黑名单,
至此,被《斯德哥尔摩》公约禁止或限制的化学品数量已扩增至 22 种。由于持久性有机污
染物(POPs)对人类及其居住的环境产生毒害作用,近几年来已成为人们研究的热点。随着新
类 POPs 的增加,人们对其来源、特性、危害以及治理方法的研究始终意义重大。
