摘要:使用 D5 作为活性染料染色的皂洗介质对染色织物进行皂洗试验,能够大幅度减少皂
洗工艺中的用水量和废水排放,并可作为以 D5 为介质的活性染料非水介质染色技术的配套
工艺,实现染色新技术的完整性。以皂洗后的二次皂洗残液浓度为主要评价指标对皂洗剂种
类与用量、水的用量、温度及时间进行优选,最终确定使用 D5 为介质皂洗活性染料/D5 悬
浮体系染色织物的工艺为:十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵 ,D5 浴比 1:50,水的用量
为 3 倍织物重,时间 10min,温度 95℃。与相近染色 K/S 值的水浴染色皂洗试样对比发现皂
洗效率偏低,但洗后的织物牢度指标接近,达到一般纺织品测试标准。

Abstract: In this paper used D5 as soaping medium for reactive dyes dyeing, can significantly reduce
water consumption and wastewater discharge in soaping process and be a matching process of
dye/decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane(D5) suspension system non-aqueous medium reactive dyes dyeing
the secondary soaping residual liquid concentration as the evaluating index,the
conditions such as the species and amount of soaping agent ,the amount of water,temperature and time
were optimized by single results showed that the optimal soaping process of reactive dyes
dyeing fabric in D5 non-water system was: N-Polyoxyethylated-N-octadecylamine ,D5 bath
ratio 1:50,water amount was three times of fabric weight,time 10min,temperature 95℃. Compared with
the similar color depth ( K / S value) fabric dyed and soaped in water,the fabric dyed and soaped in D5
reached the same levels in fastness met the general textile testing standard,but the soaping efficiency
was to be improved.
