摘要:综合考虑工厂、车间、制造单元及生产设备四个层级制造系统的碳排放源、碳流率,
建立了机械制造系统碳流动态框架分析模型,基于碳流特性及考虑碳排放对生产扰动的动态
响应,采用状态空间模型理论提出了一种面向制造系统碳效率的碳排放动态特性表征方法;
对碳效率这一碳排放动态特性概念指标进行系统定义,针对不同层级机械制造系统空间、时
域的差异性,分别建立了碳效率评价指标体系。最后,以某齿轮制造车间碳排放动态特性分
析过程验证和说明了所提动态参考模型的应用性,该研究可为各类型机械制造系统分析及碳
排放性能优化建模提供一种参考。

Abstract: Considering the carbon source and carbon flow rate of the plant, workshop, manufacturing
cell and production equipments, a carbon flow dynamic analysis model of the four-level mechanical
manufacturing system is established. The carbon emission dynamic characteristics representation
methods of manufacturing system oriented carbon efficiency is proposed by using state space theory,
based on carbon flow analysis while considering the dynamic response to production disturbances.
Furthermore, the concept of carbon efficiency to measure the carbon emission dynamic characteristics
is defined systematically, and the carbon efficiency evaluation index system of different level
manufacturing system is established separately considering their difference in space and time domain.
Finally, the carbon emission dynamic characteristic analysis of a gear production plant illustrates the
applicability of the proposed dynamic reference model. This study provides a reference for analysis or
optimization modeling of carbon emission performance of various mechanical manufacturing systems.
