摘要:学习能力与创新能力是技术创新网络构建过程中考虑的主要因素,掌握影响因素的作
用机理是网络治理的基础。文章使用系统动力学方法,构建了知识视角下的技术创新网络演
化模型,分析了不同学习能力与创新能力对节点数量、创新绩效、网络知识量和共享知识量
的影响。验证了技术创新网络具有生命周期的演化特征,创新能力虽然能够提升创新绩效但
是不能改变生命周期,只有通过调节学习能力才能够防止网络早衰。

The simulation analysis of factors affecting the evolution of
technology work

Abstract: learning ability and innovation ability are the main factors in the process of building
technology work, and how to master the mechanism of influencing factors is the
basis work management. This paper uses the method of system dynamics, building an
evolution model of technology work from the perspective of knowledge, analyzing
the influence of different learning ability and innovation ability for the node number, innovation
performance, network knowledge and the sharing of knowledge work. The conclusion of this
paper is that technology work has a life cycle, and innovation ability can enhance
network performance but does not change the life cycle. Only by adjusting the learning ability can
work premature aging.
