电信系统信息平台的设计与实现

摘要
随着电信企业信息化建设逐步深入,面对越来越多的业务需求,企业应用系统
信息量越来越大,特别是 BI 系统,不同的用户有不同的分析主题,为了提高效率,
用户需要一个可以集中焦点信息的功能,系统信息平台 SIP(System Information
Platform)项目在此背景下应运而生。本系统致力于系统内信息管理,提供页面模块
配置的平台。集中用户关注信息,减少用户获取信息的时间。通过恰当的手段把恰
当的信息传递给恰当的人,加强知识的传递与信息的共享。
本系统类似于企业信息门户(EIP),EIP 目的是帮助企业用户及员工通过统一入
口找到分布于企业的各种信息,本项目(SIP)是基于单个系统的应用,可灵活的嵌入
到已有的 BI 系统,目的是帮助用户通过对系统的各个功能模块进行组合,固化模块
的模板(作为首页),提高用户工作效率。SIP 注重于组织系统内的各个功能,可增强
用户使用体验,有助于其它产品的推广。
本系统运用 J2EE 框架和 MVC 模式,数据链接层使用 ibatis(方便以后兼容其它
数据库),中间框架使用 spring 与 dwr 框架,前台使用 sproperty Javascript 库,其中
部分使用了基于 ZK 框架的开源 Ajax 技术。对于系统访问控制技术,通过深入理解
基于角色的访问控制理论,给出了一种基于角色的组件级双层权限管理模型。通过
模块和模板的概念,结合角色授权的方法,使得用户能够简单方便的获得属于自己
的信息门户首页。

Abstract
As the enterprise information building, in-depth, face a growing number of
business requirements, enterprise applications, increasing the amount of information,
especially the BI system, different users have different analysis of themes, in order to
improve efficiency, users need to one can concentrate the focus of information functions,
system information platform SIP (System Information Platform) project in this context,
emerged. The system mitted to information management within the system,
providing a platform for the page to configure the system mitted to

the module. Attention focused on the user information, reducing the time a user access to
information. Through the appropriate means to bring the right message to the right people,
strengthen knowledge transfer and information sharing.
