摘要:本文以纳米硅和苯胺为原料,通过乳液聚合和高温热解两步法制备 Si/PANi 基复合负极材料,并将
其用作锂离子电池负极材料。研究中采用扫描电镜、红外光谱和 X-射线衍射对材料结构进行表征,并通过
恒流充放电方法探讨 Si/苯胺质量比和负电极片制备工艺对其电化学性能的影响。结果表明:复合负极材
料制备过程中 Si/苯胺质量比为 1:2,负电极片制备过程中复合负极材料/导电剂(Super p)/粘结剂(羧
甲基纤维素钠)的比例为 85:5:10 且采用 pH=3 的柠檬酸/氢氧化钾缓冲液作为调浆溶剂时,所制备 Si/PANi
基复合负极材料表现出高的比容量和良好的循环性能,经 20 次循环后可逆容量仍为 1013mAh/g。

Study on the preparation of Si/PANi-posite and its

Abstract: In this paper, Si/PANi-posite anode material was prepared by two-step method:
emulsion polumerization and pyrolysis, using nano-Si and aniline as raw material. Scanning electron
microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were used for
characterization of samples in this study. Moreover, the effcet of Si/aniline mass ratio and preparation
conditions on the electrochemical performance of Si/PANi-posite anode material was also
investigated by galvanostatic charge-discharge method. The results indicate that the Si/PANi-based
composite anode material shows high specific capacity and good cycling performance, under the
