摘要:【目的】以农业上重要病原真菌—稻瘟病菌、枇杷炭疽病菌、玉米茎枯病菌、木霉、
疫霉、疣孢霉等为指示菌,筛选出对其具有较强拮抗作用的放线菌,为生物防治提供可用的
生防菌。【方法】采用平板对峙培养法和抑菌圈法测定放线菌 H5 的抑菌作用,并重点对其
防治水稻穗瘟病进行初探。【结果】放线菌 H5 初步鉴定为链霉菌属,对峙培养试验结果表
明放线菌 H5 对稻瘟病菌、玉米茎枯病菌、辣椒疫霉、大豆疫霉、疣孢霉、木霉、黑曲霉、
黄曲霉、白色链孢霉具有不同程度的抑制作用,对稻穗瘟病的抑菌作用最强,抑菌圈直径达
mm;其发酵液可抑制稻瘟病菌孢子的萌发和芽管的伸长,发酵 6 天的发酵液对盆栽水
稻穗瘟病防治效果为 %,显示出良好的生防潜能。【结论】放线菌 H5 具有良好的生防
潜能。

Abstract: [Objective] In order to provide available strains for bio-control, an actinomycetes H5
with stronger antagonism effect was selected, based on indicator bacteria such as Loquat
colletotrichum orbiculare, Corn asparagi, Trichoderma spp, Phytophthora spp, Mycogone
perniciosa Magn. [method] Plate confrontation culture method and inhibition zone method were
used to detect the inhibition of actinomycetes strain H5 agaist agricultural deseases fungus, which
