摘要:随着空间电磁环境日益复杂,航天航空装备等领域对光学窗等光学透明件提出了明确
的电磁屏蔽要求,并集中体现为兼顾高透光率、低成像质量影响及强电磁屏蔽能力。金属网
栅电磁屏蔽技术是实现光学窗电磁屏蔽的有效方法之一,获得了广泛的关注和研究。本文介
绍了金属网栅电磁屏蔽技术在用于高透光电磁屏蔽场合存在的问题和近年来的研究进展。首
先阐述了方格网栅用于高透光光学窗电磁屏蔽的局限性,包括其电磁屏蔽效率与透光率相互
制约、高级次衍射能量分布集中影响成像质量等;然后介绍了近年来出现的多种基于金属圆
环单元构建的新型金属网栅结构及双层对称金属网栅结构;最后,对金属网栅电磁屏蔽技术
近年来的研究进行了总结与展望。

Abstract: With the plex of ic environment of space, specific
ic shielding requirements are needed for optical transparent objects including optical
windows, in the fields such as aerospace equipment, which can be epitomized by considering high
transmisitivity, strong ic shielding and low effect on imaging quality simultaneously.
Metallic mesh ic shielding technique is such an effective method that it attracts wide
attention and research. This paper introduces the existing problems and research progress of
