摘要:采用四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)和二氢月桂烯醇型硅烷偶联剂(CA)水解制得三种 SiO2载体,并应用于
α-二亚胺镍催化剂 Ar-N=C(R1)C(R2)=N-ArNiBr2 [R1=CH3,R2=C2H5;Ar=2, 6-dimethylphenyl] 的负载
化,分别制得 SiO2负载催化剂 SC1、有机化 SiO2负载催化剂 SC2 和 SC3。利用负载催化剂进行了乙烯常压
淤浆聚合,考察了载体组成、聚合温度等因素对乙烯聚合活性、聚乙烯分子量、分子链微结构和热性能的
影响。

Abstract: Three SiO2 carriers synthesized through hydrosis reaction with tetroethyloxysilane and CA
were used to support α-diimine nickel Ar-N=C(R1)C(R2)=N-ArNiBr2 [R1=CH3,R2=C2H5;Ar=2,
6-dimethylphenyl],preparing SiO2 supported catalyst SC1, organo-modified SiO2 supported catalysts
SC2 and SC3. Using these catalysts, ethylene slurry polymerizations were carried out. The influences
of position of carriers as well as the polymerization conditions on the ethylene
polymerization activity, polyethylene molecular weight, polyethylene chain microstructures and
thermal properties were investegated.
