分布协同式PDM系统的功能分析及应用
摘要
近年来,我国为了全面提高制造业综合竞争能力,在产品设计领域,先后使用CAX(CAD、CAE、CAPP、CAM 等)单项技术,在一定程度上提高了企业的竞争能力。但是,与此同时出现的是产品设计的过程中设计数据和技术文档呈现出“信息爆炸”性增长的势头和企业内部各部门使用不同的应用系统,形成了“信息孤岛”;这些问题的出现严重地影响了 CAX技术在企业的应用。产品数据管理(Product Data Management-PDM)正是在这一背景下产生的一种新的信息管理的思想和技术。它以软件技术为基础,以产品为核心,实现对产品相关的数据、过程和资源的集成化管理技术。
本文将先介绍PDM系统的发展历程与应用现状,再分析现有PDM系统的功能,然后以某个具体项目的实施和开发作为研究案例,进一步分析PDM系统的成熟解决方案Teamcenter在太矿集团的应用。
太原矿山机器有限公司是一家从事设计制造大型矿山、冶金、液压、润滑、洗选等设备的企业,已处于行业领先地位,但是在企业信息化过程中仍存在不少问题。论文的重点是:在项目中对该企业的需求进行分析,如何结合企业现状及特点,制定出相应的解决方案;在项目中具体是怎么分别实施了过程文档管理、权限管理、零部件管理和流程管理模块。

Abstract
In recent years, the our country in order to improving manufacturing business petitive pletely, The work in process designs realm and also essively uses a CAX(CAD, CAE, CAPP, and CAM...etc.) single-item technique and improve petitive power of business to some extent. Meanwhile design the power principal that data and technique text tick present "information burst" growth in the process of design of products and departments within the enterprise using different application systems, as a result forming "information isolated island". Product data management is exactly generate under this back ground of a kind of new information supervisory thought and technique. It takes software technique as foundation and takes product as nucleus, the realize turns management technique to the integration of product related data, process and resource.
In my paper, I will introduce the PDM system development and application and analysis the function of the existing PDM system. Then I introduced the PDM system mature solutions Teamcenter in application of the Mining Group as an example of implementation and development.
