基于BPM的中小型外贸企业出口业务重组分析
摘要
自欧美金融危机以来,宁波中小型外贸企业面对来自外部竞争和内部管理的双重压力,迫切需要寻觅良方,以期摆脱困境,寻求发展。本论文力图借鉴流程重组的理论方法,通过外贸企业出口业务流程实践,在此基础上加以总结和提升,希望对中小型外贸企业管理改善提供参考和借鉴。
论文在阐述了流程重组及其相关的概念和基础理论、方法和实施步骤等基础上,通过对目前中小型外贸企业困境和挑战分析的基础上,明确了企业进行流程重组的契机。流程重组在企业的具体实践中,分别从供应链角度、企业内部管理以及出口业务流程三方面分析。针对外贸企业在供应链中所处的“中间商”角进行改造,提升其在价值链中的实际存在意义;针对企业内部管理的改进,引入企业业务管理系统,加强业务和财务之间的数据交互和信息共享,提高企业的办事效率;针对企业特定的业务流程,则结合企业自身业务的特性,从分析业务全流程中的风险点着手,建立了风险控制流程,并将此流程分解融入业务的具体操作流程中,实现业务流程的重组,最终使企业降低了业务的风险,提高了企业的效益。实践表明,当企业面临着内外环境巨变的时刻,流程重组是可以选择的帮助企业走出困境的出路。

Abstract
For recent years, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have been facing more and more pressures and difficulties, including petition pressures from international and domestic markets and inside existing old system. How to change this situation and find the solution is very important panies. BPR (Business Process Reengineering), proposed by Hammer is one of important management improving method, which has been practiced and proved by a lot famous global panies. In this paper, we focus on the application of BPR in a pany, and through which some experiences and effects can be summarized.
On the basis of introducing of BPR, its relevant theories and methods, an implementation framework is proposed for the specific pany. During the BPR practice, Process reengineering analysis with three directions: the first is change the supply chain, for foreign trade enterprises in the supply chain as a middleman role. Transfer the role and enhance the actual effect in the value chain. The second, Introduction of a corporate management system to strengthen the business and financial data between interaction and information sharing, improve the efficiency of the enterprise; The Third one is, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise's own business, and analyze business process risk point to start to establish a risk control process, and process position to integrate into the specific operations of the business
