根据中国人才指南网多次的面试经验总结,我们认为参加外企面试,有三个被公认的高频面试问题,第一个问题是:Why are you interested in working with pany?第二个问题是:Why should I hire you?第三个问题是:Tell Me About Yourself?即是你为什么对我们公司感兴趣?我们为什么要聘用你?介绍一下你自己?
我们觉得以上三个问题完全可以一揽子解决,我们先来看第一个问题:Why are you interested in working with pany?
事实上考官问这样的问题希望听到的不完全是你对这个公司的的了解虽然这很重要,他们更希望听到的是你对自己的定位,因为什么样的人选择什么样的公司,什么样的公司也选择什么样的人。所以面试之前通过各种渠道对这个公司的历史、管理模式、商业模式、公司文化以及自己所应聘的职位在整个公司架构中的位置都应当有一个比较明晰的了解。你的回答可以从如下思路展开:
