摘要
在我国,随着医疗行业的发展,医疗技术不断更新和强大,但是医疗行业的信
息化管理却没有与时俱进。在医疗物资管理这一领域,存在着诸多问题,如物资管
理手段单一、请领手续复杂、数据信息孤立、会计核算信息滞后、领导决策信息来
源口径不统一等问题。解决这一系列的问题,让物资管理做到透明化、一体化、动
态化、精确化管理,必须拥有一套结合了先进管理理念的信息管理系统。
在国外,SAP 在医疗行业的应用渐渐发展成熟,但是对于国内医疗行业来说,
却处于起步阶段。将 SAP 的管理理念和信息技术与我国医疗物资管理业务相结合,
并设计和实现一套这样的系统。基于世界领先的 SAP ECC Weaver 集
成平台,结合医疗单位独特的业务需求,进行统一的业务流程优化和先进管理理念
的注入。通过需求分析,系统设计,快速的设计和实现业务战略和过程。在对医疗
单位物资管理信息化建设分析考虑的基础上,规范化物资管理的流程,实现对主数
据的管理,采购业务的管理,库存的管理等等。在项目中,我的主要工作是和实施
顾问一起与客户进行前期的需求调研,然后根据需求进行蓝图设计,在中后期,对
客户进行培训,让其能够具备配合系统测试的基本素质。
通过系统的成功实施,解决了医疗单位物资管理的众多问题,提高了医疗单位
物资管理的保障效率,实现了医疗物资的精确化管理。为其他医疗单位实施物资管
理系统提供了一些经验和基础。

Abstract
In China, With the development of medical industry, and more powerful of medical
technology, information management of medical industry does not keep pace with the
times. Material management has many problems in the medical field, such as the mean of
material management is single, procedures of getting material plex, data isolation,
accounting information lag, the sources of information for decision-making are not unified,
etc. In order to solve above the problems, let material management to be transparent,
integrated, dynamic, precise, it must have a information management system with
advanced management theory.
SAP applications in the medical industry gradually developed abroad, but in China, it
is in infancy. The content of this paper is bine SAP's management philosophy and
its information technology with medical supplies business, moreover design and realize
this kind of system. Based on the world's leading SAP ECC Business Suite Weaver
integration platform, combined with the unique medical business, do a unified business
process optimization and adopt advanced management concepts. Through requirements
