基于SAP的医院资产管理模块的设计与实现

摘要
医院资产管理信息化是医院信息化建设很重要的部分,如何提高医院资产管理
的效率,适应医院持续改进的流程,对于肿瘤医院医院这样信息化要求很高的医院
意义重大。由于系统老化,导致系统内出现大量冗余数据,随着医院资产业务量的
增加,原有的信息化系统和原有的资产管理模式已经不适应新形势下的资产管理。
针对医院资产管理现状,借助信息技术搭建管理平台,进行统一的业务管理,
梳理医院资产管理流程,实现采购,库存,财务,消耗的实时集成。通过资产的全
程管理和系统与业务之间的实时集成,获得资源优化配置和智能调配。基于世界领
先的 SAP ERP(企业资源计划)商务套件和集成化软件平台 Weaver,以部分预
配置的 ERP 财务管理,物资管理、供应链管理模型为基础,充分考虑肿瘤医院的现
实业务逻辑和机构设置,进行流程再造和二次开发,快速地设计、建造、实施及执
行新业务战略和过程。在对医院总体信息化建设分析考虑的基础上,标准化和规范
化资产管理部门的流程,细分各子系统功能模块。实现对资产主数据管理,采购订
单管理,资产采购入库,发票校验,资产调拨,资产报废,折旧等。
通过系统的实施,解决了资产管理手段单一,请领复杂,信息孤立,会计核算
信息滞后等问题,提高了医院资产设备的保障效率和患者满意度,实现了医院资产
的透明化,一体化,动态化,精确化管理。系统适应医院资产管理的真实业务,满
足了医院资产信息化管理的要求。

Abstract
Asset management system is a very important part of the hospital informationization
constructs. How to improve the efficiency of hospital asset management, and develop the
continuous and improvement process to adapt to the hospital, have a great significance in
Cancer Institute &Hospital .Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences . There are much
useless data in the old system, it cannot apply the right data to the hospital.
Based on the status of asset management for the hospital, building a management
platform with the help of information technology, the paper focus bing hospital
asset management process in order to achieve the real time integration of the procurement,
inventory, finance, consumption. Through the full cycle management of the asset and the
real time integration between system and business process, the hospital will obtain optimal
allocation of resources and intelligent on the world's leading SAP ERP
Business Suite and the integrated software platform, Weaver, focus on part of
pre-configured ERP financial management , materials management, supply chain
management model, give full consideration to the reality business logic and ins
