摘要
多电平逆变器是当前研究热点,如何简化拓扑结构,提高电路可靠性是研究中的关键问题。<br逆变器,提出了许多改进措施,获得了较多的成果。本文则从另一
角度出发,以双降压式电路为基本单元构建多电平逆变器,设计和论证了一种新型的双降压式
五电平逆变器,该逆变器保留了双降压电路的优点,有利于简化箝位电路,提高系统可靠性。
论文首先对双降压式五电平逆变器进行了总体方案设计,包括拓扑结构的构建、闭环控制
策略及调制方式的比较与选择;其次,从开关工作模态、闭环控制策略、均压解耦控制等方面
具体分析了该逆变器的工作原理;然后,根据总体方案对该逆变器进行详细的硬件电路和软件
程序的设计,硬件部分包括主功率电路、采样调理电路、保护电路、驱动电路、数字控制器硬
件部分电路、PWM 信号分配单元电路的设计,软件部分主要包括数字 PI 算法、SPWM 的 DSP
生成算法及分区控制信号产生算法的设计。最后,对双降压式五电平逆变器进行 Saber 系统仿
真和 1kW 的样机实验分析。
仿真及实验结果均表明该设计方案合理可行,逆变器性能优异,输出五电平的同时,整机
效率、波形 THD 等指标均达到了设计要求。

ABSTRACT
At present, multi-level inverter is a research hot, how to simplify the topology and improve the
reliability of circuit is one of the key issues. Based on bridge multi-level inverter, a lot of
improvement measures have been proposed by scholars at home and abroad, and great achievements
have been obtained. From another point of view, using dual buck circuit as the basic unit to build
multilevel inverter, a novel dual buck five-level inverter has been designed and demonstrated in this
paper, this inverter retains merits of dual buck half bridge inverter, and benefits to the simplification
of clamp circuit and improvement of system stability.
Firstly, overall scheme design of dual buck five-level inverter has been designed in this paper,
which includes topology building, comparison and selection of closed-loop control strategy and
modulation scheme; Secondly, working principle of the proposed inverter, such as switch working
modes, closed-loop control strategy and voltage balance decoupling control has been concretely
analyzed; Thirdly, according to overall scheme design, detail designs of the inverter have been carried
out, including hardware designs such as main power circuits, sampling circuits, conditioning circuits,
