中小型图书馆图书管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
随着现代科学技术的不断发展,信息成为了一种重要的资源,管理这种资源的信息系
统也越来越重要。中小型图书管理系统就是典型的管理信息系统。针对目前一些中职院校
的图书馆业务功能要求较低、资金较少的现状,此时开发一款适合中职院校的中小型图书
馆的管理系统就显得尤为迫切。
根据中小型图书馆的实际情况,首先对中小型图书馆进行了细致的调查和研究,并且
通过详细的分析,把中小型图书管理系统的功能模块进行了划分,并对数据库的模式进行
了分析,由此设计出了数据库的结构和应用程序,实现了中小型图书管理系统的四大功能
模块:读者信息管理模块,书籍信息管理模块,借阅信息管理模块和系统管理模块。
系统的运行结果表明,所设计出的中小型图书管理系统在功能方面可以满足系统管理
员、图书馆工作人员、读者三方面的共同需求。而且系统界面操作简便,大大降低了管理
人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,使图书馆的资源得到了充分的利用。

OF THE LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FOR MEDIUM AND SMALL-SCALE LIBRARY
ABSTRACT
With the constant development of the modern science and technology, information has
e a kind of important resource, the information system of managing this kind of resource
is more and more important. The administrative system of medium and small-scale books is the
typical the management information system. Require less current situations of lower, fund to
some library business functions of hitting the duty universities and colleges at present, the
administrative system of the medium and small-scale library of the duty universities and colleges
seem particularly urgent to develop one when suitable for at this moment.
According to the actual conditions of the medium and small-scale library, have carried on
careful investigations to the medium and small-scale library at first, and through detailed
analysis, have divided the function module of the administrative system of medium and
small-scale books, and has analyzed the mode of the database, therefore design structure of the
database and application program, have realized the four major functions module of the
administrative system of medium and small-scale books: Reader's information management
