文档介绍：《警察权与政治》的翻译实践报告重庆大学硕士学位论文(专业学位)学生姓名:杨媚指导教师:陈晓莉教授学位类别:翻译硕士重庆大学外国语学院二O一四年四月A Report on the Translation ofPolice Powers and PoliticsA Thesis Submitted to Chongqing Universityin Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement forProfessional DegreeByYang MeiSupervised by Prof. Chen XiaoliSpecialty:MTICollege of Foreign Languages ofChongqing University, Chongqing, ChinaApril,2014重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要I摘要中国国力的显著增强,中国国际地位的提高,使世界为之瞩目,更是引起了以美国为首的西方国家的关注。美国重返亚太地区,东亚局势发生变化,中国国内局势也出现一些波动。中华人民共和国国家安全委员会的成立表明中国政府对国家安全问题的进一步重视,而公安部门则是维护国内安定的重要机构。为应对复杂多变的社会形势、完善我国公安机关的建设,需要吸收和借鉴国外相关经验。本报告讨论的是有关《警察权与政治》一书的翻译实践问题。该书分析了英国警察的发展、警察的权力以及理想的警察组织形式等问题。笔者在德国目的论翻译理论的指导下,对此次翻译实践的目的、翻译的过程进行了探讨。报告首先对原文文本、译前分析准备工作作了简单介绍;然后以目的论翻译理论为基础,确定了以译文读者为导向的翻译策略,并对翻译过程中的术语翻译、专业信息翻译、译文的连贯性及忠诚性等问题进行了讨论。本次翻译实践加深了笔者对于翻译目的的理解,明确了以服务译文读者为导向的翻译理念。在该理念的指导下,笔者在翻译过程中力求译文的准确性、可读性、忠诚性,力图为目的语读者提供专业信息准确、语言流畅可读的译本。关键词:翻译目的,可读性,忠诚重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要IIABSTRACTWith rapid development and increasing national power,China has drawn attention of the world,especiallywestern countries led by the United States. As the United es back to Asia, the situation of East Asia has changed, andChina has also experienced some unsettlements. The founding of the Council of StateSecurity of the PRCreveals Chinesegovernment’s further emphasis on national securitywhichconcerns domesticstability,and domesticstabilityis safeguarded by China’s police.
