山西大中型工业企业自主创新综合评价研究
摘要
自主创新是企业经济的又一增长点,是企业综合竞争力的有力保证,是企
业可持续发展的重要源泉。工业是国民经济的主要力量,工业企业的自主创新
是引领创新的主体。
在改革开放的三十多年时间里,山西依靠自身的资源优势,在经济上取得
了巨大的成就。然而,资源是有限的,在面临当今绿色、环保、可持续发展的
国际大形势下,山西应该转变固有的发展模式,寻求一条更为合理的经济增长
方式,为今后的经济增长选择一条新的途径。进入年,山西面临着双重发
展机遇,一是国家的十二五规划,二是国家将山西作为资源型省份经济转型实
验区,在这千载难逢的形势下,山西应该抓住大好机遇,努力发展大中型工业
企业的自主创新能力,为山西的发展提供强大的动力源泉,促进山西经济的进
一步腾飞。
本文从国内外关于自主创新的理论、研究方法入手,并按照引导性、科学
性、可操作性、可比性、全面性、独立性的原则,构建了山西大中型工业企业
自主创新的评价指标体系,将指标体系分为自主创新投入能力、自主创新活动
能力、自主创新环境能力、自主创新成果转化能力四个准则层,并验证了该指
标体系的信度和效度。通过对华北地区以及山西近十年大中型工业企业自主创
新能力进行横向和纵向评价分析,得出山西大中型工业企业自主创新存在的问
题,并在此基础上提出提升山西大中型工业企业自主创新能力的应对措施。

Abstract
Independent innovation is another growth point of economy,is petitiveness of
enterprises a powerful guarantee is an important source of sustainable development of
is a major force in the national economy,industrial enterprises for independent
innovation is leading the innovation.
During thirty years of reform and opening period,Shanxi relying on its own resources,the
economy has made great , resources are limited, in the face of today's
green, environmental protection,sustainable development of the international situation,Shanxi
should change the inherent model of development,seeking a more reasonable way of economic
growth for future economic growth,a new selection 2011,Shanxi Province is facing a
double development opportunities,one country's second Five-Year Plan,and second,the state will
Shanxi province as a resource-based economies in transition,experimental area,in this rare form,
Shanxi should seize the golden opportunity,efforts to develop Medium-sized industrial enterprises
in independent innovation capacity for the development of Shanxi Province to provide a strong
source of power,and promote further econo
